Stockland will unveil the Sunshine Coast’s largest collection of display homes at Aura this weekend, giving homebuyers the opportunity to explore 34 new homes from 21 leading builders in one convenient location.
The new display village showcases a diverse mix of contemporary homes, including five urban terraces, 18 single-storey designs and 11 double-storey homes. Designs range from compact 145sqm homes through to larger 444sqm options, catering to a wide range of buyers, budgets and lifestyles.
Stockland Development Director Josh Sondergeld said the new display village meets the growing buyer interest across Stockland’s Queensland display villages, as demand for new homes in the region continues to increase.
“A display village plays a really important role in the homebuying journey, giving people the opportunity to step inside different homes, experience the layouts and see the latest design ideas brought to life,” Mr Sondergeld said.
“With 34 homes from 21 builders all in one place, Aura’s display village allows buyers to compare different styles, layouts and price points, helping them make confident decisions about what will work best for their family and their budget.
“Colour-coded guidance across the village also helps buyers identify which homes are most suitable to their chosen lot, simplifying the purchasing journey.”
Mr Sondergeld said Aura’s display village gives buyers a clearer sense of what it looks like to build and live within a thriving masterplanned community.
“With more than 16,000 residents already calling Aura home, people are choosing to build here for the lifestyle as much as the home itself.
“Exploring the display village alongside the surrounding neighbourhood helps buyers see how parks, schools, active paths and everyday amenities all come together for families at Aura.”
To mark the official opening, Stockland will host a family-friendly event on Saturday 28 March from 1pm to 8pm, inviting visitors to explore the homes while enjoying live music, food trucks, kids’ entertainment and interactive art installations, with light projections and fireworks after dark.
Activations will also take place in selected display homes, including free gelato, fairy floss, lawn games and a bubble performer.
The Aura Display Village is located at the Aura Vision Centre, 1 Tucker Street, Bells Creek, and will be open daily from 10am to 5pm from Sunday 29 March.
