A recently refurbished Salisbury Day Hospital is being offered for lease amid surging demand for Brisbane healthcare services.

CBRE’s Healthcare and Social Infrastructure team of Sandro Peluso and Kai Wang is marketing the 11 Hayling Street property, providing the opportunity for a new operator to take over the 460sqm day stay medical facility.

Mr. Wang said the opportunity aligned with growing demand from investors and healthcare providers seeking opportunities to expand and enhance medical infrastructure in the Brisbane region.

This follows substantial population growth over the past decade, which has led to heightened demand for accessible, quality healthcare services, as has Brisbane’s aging population.
