STM Realty Acquire Bondi Development Site

Eastern suburbs developer STM Realty has picked up a new apartment project site at 17 OBriens St Bondi Beach.

 

The property consists of strata tilted ground floor retail plus 7 older style apartments and car parking areas. STM Realty acquired all of the strata's in the 4 level building, for a total of $12.8m.

 

The 497sqm site is zoned B4 Mixed Use with a 2:1 FSR and a maximum height of 13m (4 storey). The site is located at the junction of O'Brien Street and Hall Street and likely to suite a variety of commercial and residential uses.
