A local industrial developer has acquired the last parcel of land, Lot 25030, of Stage 7H Gates Road at Flagstone, marking a significant milestone in the development of this rapidly growing masterplan in South East Queensland.

CBRE’s Will Carman and John Nucifora managed the sale of the 5,231sqm Lot via an offers to purchase process which attracted multiple buyer profiles underscoring the growing demand for commercial land in Flagstone.

Mr Nucifora said, “We have seen various developers, owner occupiers, community groups and national tenants seek opportunities in Flagstone, as land releases remain limited with population continuing to enter the region at a rapid rate.”

Stage 7H provided commercial lots located near amenities including Coles and McDonald’s, providing opportunity for various business types and retailers to thrive. Notable tenants in this development include Lifeline, Midas and World Gym, highlighting the area’s appeal to a diverse range of commercial occupants.

Mr Carman noted the evolution of PEET’s Flagstone development over the past five years.

“PEET have continued to work through their masterplan for Flagstone with patience, as they seek to add quality tenants and building outcomes for their broader population. Over the past five years, it has been great to see population flow into Flagstone and really begin to thrive as a community,” he said.

Flagstone is well-connected to major transport routes, providing easy access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The connectivity and strategic location of Flagstone continue to attract interest from commercial tenants with trade-based business and multinationals with rapid growth mandates.

CBRE and Ray White Special Projects have successfully sold the whole 7H estate on behalf of PEET Limited.

The successful completion and sell down of Stage 7H reflects a robust demand for commercial land in Flagstone, driven by the area’s growth potential and strategic location. South East Queensland has one of the nation’s lowest commercial vacancy rates, with demand outpacing supply, making growth corridor opportunities like Flagstone highly sought after.
