Renewal SA releases a prime development site in key logistics hub
One of the few available major land parcels in Adelaide’s Edinburgh Park has hit the market.
Lot 502 Gidgie Court is for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign, offering a significant opportunity to secure land in one of Adelaide’s premier northern industrial estates.
The parcel, comprising a sizeable 2.9-hectares* of industrial freehold land is being offered under instruction from Renewal SA. The release is part of the State Government’s ongoing efforts to stimulate job creation and economic development by unlocking high-potential land for industrial use.
JLL’s Martin James, Kym Hutchins and Sarah Parkinson of the Logistics & Industrial team have been exclusively appointed to manage the sale process on behalf of Renewal SA.
“This industrial land release represents a rare opportunity for developers, owner-occupiers, and investors to secure a foothold within a precinct that continues to attract major investment,” Mr James said.
The site’s strategic location and strong surrounding infrastructure are already attracting interest from a range of industrial operators.
“Edinburgh has firmly established itself as Adelaide’s logistics and distribution hub with excellent connectivity to major freight routes. This is one of the last remaining opportunities to secure land in this estate,” Mr Hutchins said.
The flexible zoning is expected to appeal to both industrial and commercial operators.
“Zoned Strategic Employment within the City of Salisbury, the property allows for a broad range of industrial and commercial uses, including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, research and development, and transport and freight handling — subject to approvals,” Ms Parkinson said.
Lot 502 Gidgie Court is offered for sale via an Expression of Interest process closing at 4:00pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) on Thursday 29 May 2025.
