Harmony by AVID Property Group (AVID) has officially opened the doors of its brand-new Display World this week, showcasing premium home designs that cater for the very best of Sunshine Coast living.
Easily accessible via the masterplanned community’s new connection road, Symphony Way, Harmony’s Display World will feature 18 architecturally designed homes from 14 local and national home builders.
AVID General Manager Queensland Anthony Demiris said the new Display World – the third for the award-winning community – had been deliberately designed with the Sunshine Coast’s unique architectural style front of mind, providing the perfect combination of coastal and family friendly community living.
“The new Display World will offer visitors the opportunity to explore a diverse range of contemporary, modern and character filled homes and experience the perks of joining our well-established community,” Mr. Demiris said.
“We know the ‘perfect home’ looks different for every single one of our residents and that’s why we’ve chosen to once again partner with a range of premium builders who can work with hopeful homeowners to build their dream home here in Harmony.
“Whether you are a Sunshine Coast local looking to upgrade to a large family home or are a buyer dreaming of life on the coast, the new Display World has something for everyone.”
Returning builder, G.J. Gardner Homes Chief Operating Officer Australia and New Zealand Chris Thornton said the global home builder was pleased to partner with AVID for the third time for its new Display World and to continue its ties to the Sunshine Coast.
“While we have hundreds of franchises building both nationwide and overseas, our business was born on the Sunshine Coast and our head office team continue to be based here, developing our designs locally still to this day,” Mr. Thornton said.
“With a modern, Palm Springs-inspired colour palette and an indoor-outdoor design that provides copious amounts of natural light throughout, this display home has an idyllic layout that resonates with the local coastal environment and a laidback lifestyle, capturing the very best of life on the Coast.”
With its latest display home at Harmony, Integrale Homes Sales Manager Lisa Meehan said the builder had wanted to capture a beautiful fresh approach to coastal living with a nod to current trends, and to showcase how to maximise the use of space for growing families.
“Returning to work with AVID at Harmony was an easy decision especially with the new connection road now open, making it even easier to access all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer,” Ms. Meehan said.
Our clients have loved the homes we have built for them in Harmony, and we are excited to continue to provide a variety of homes for future residents of the community.”
Harmony Display World officially opened on Monday 5 February and is located on Soprano Street, Palmview.
The next land release at Harmony is coming soon and will be located within the Serenity neighborhood. These new blocks will have direct access to Harmony’s second grand linear park, currently under construction, featuring picnic shelters and gym equipment with meandering walking trails and open green spaces.
