Scape Australia expands its operational platform with two new buildings in Melbourne’s university precinct

Scape Australia is forging ahead with its plans to deliver the best living experiences to all who study and stay in Australia as it expands its portfolio further to include two new properties in Melbourne’s CBD.

The properties, located at Journal Uni Place (18 Leicester St, Carlton, VIC) and Journal Central (502 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC) currently managed by Journal Student Living will be rebranded bringing the total Scape portfolio to 38 buildings nationally with an additional 10 under development.

Anouk Darling, CEO of Scape Australia says the move not only solidifies Scape as Australia’s largest owner and operator of purpose-built-student-accommodation (PBSA) but allows students a wider variety of choice in accommodation, suited to every budget and lifestyle.
