Savills Bolsters Industrial Occupier Services with Strategic Director Appointment

Savills Australia and New Zealand has further strengthened its Industrial Occupier Services capabilities with the appointment of Chris Noble as Director to its Victoria business. Backed by a career spanning Australia Post, Toll, Bapcor, Visy and Foster’s Group, Chris brings deep expertise in strategy, leadership as well as securing and managing of complex portfolios.  

With more than 30 years’ experience delivering end-to-end real estate strategies across some of Australia’s most complex property ecosystems, Chris has shaped how organisations approach property as a driver of growth. 

His career spans automated logistics hubs, national retail networks, strategic capital planning, and asset disposals, underpinned by a strong track record leading high-performance teams, governing outsourced partnerships, and aligning long-range strategies to core business goals.
