Savills Appoints Edwina Molony as Director of Office Leasing, Victoria

Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed Edwina Molony as Director of Office Leasing in Melbourne, strengthening the firm’s national office leasing platform and expanding its presence in Victoria. 

With over 25 years of experience across leasing, development management, capital transactions, and relationship management, Edwina is a highly respected market leader with established networks at senior levels across the commercial real estate sector. 

Throughout her career, Edwina has played a pivotal role in positioning and leasing landmark assets, including her tenure as National Leasing & Business Development Manager at Mirvac, where she led the leasing and positioning of acclaimed properties such as Olderfleet. She brings a strong background in development and asset positioning, ensuring assets are market-ready, leasable, and investment-ready, combined with proven commercial acumen and deal-making expertise. 

Her experience spans internal leasing services, capital transaction support, and portfolio strategy for both refurbishment and new development assets, with notable projects including 664 Collins Street, 567 Collins Street and 7 Spencer Street. 

Edwina has successfully secured transactions and supported key partnerships with clients and tenants including Deloitte, ExxonMobil, WorkClub, Norton Rose Fulbright, Urbis, AGL, MorganStanley and Suntec.

Edwina joins Savills after eight years at Mirvac, where she was the National Leasing Manager, following senior roles in business development and development management. She is a licensed estate agent, trained valuer, and has worked with CBRE, Leighton Properties, and UGL Services.
