The eco-conscious hotel is constructed using highly sustainable materials such as cross-laminated timber making for a much lighter environmental footprint. Organic-concept products including mini bar offerings are widely used throughout the hotel. The progressive hotel offers pet friendly rooms for patrons, and further thought has been invested into the digital hotel offering aptly located in an emerging Fintech area.
Every guest room is a bespoke sophisticated design with no two alike, several featuring balconies overlooking the streetscapes below. The hotel plays with art-deco influences reflecting a fashionable interior style by renown designer Lisa Madigan, complimented by the beautiful collection of artworks from Australian artists on display.
Downstairs the hotel will be home to Sydney’s first organic Handpicked Wines retail outpost boasting their regionally expressive and site-specific organic wines from a growing list of the world’s great wine regions.

The Sydney Hotel market continues to recover strongly with the latest March 2023 Quarter STR showing a 133% increase in Revenue per Available Room compared to the March Quarter of 2022. Average daily Rates were up 23%.
