PERIFA, a Sydney-based end-to-end property developer and part of Versatile Group, together with investment partner Mitsubishi Estate Asia (MEA), has successfully launched the highly sought after Rozelle Village, with more than $140m in apartment sales achieved within the first weekend.
The official sales launch event was held at the Rozelle Village development on Saturday 21st June, drawing strong interest from buyers, with more than 40 apartments now sold.
