Rosy Pacific have settled on the acquisition of 165 Walker Street at a price of $68.7m.
The building occupies an 873 sqm site on the corner of Walker and Berry Street and has a total Net Lettable Area (NLA) of 5,244 sqm with a commercial car park for 42 vehicles.
The building comprises of three levels of lower ground parking, one ground floor retail suite, six upper office levels (Levels 1-6) as well as roof top signage.
The site has the capability of accommodating a much larger building with a height limit of 115m adopted under the North Sydney LEP.
PropertyFox confirmed the sale of 165 Walker Street, North Sydney to Roxy-Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd in June on behalf of Intera Group.
The Intera Group acquired the property from the Charter Hall Direct Office Fund for $55m in July 2017. The Property was leased fully leased at the time, however Sony have since moved their national headquarters from the building to a new lease at 73 Miller Street in mid 2021. Colliers and Cushman Wakefield are currently marketing up to 2,358sqm of space in the building.
