Reapit Announces ‘Reapit AI (RAI)’: An AI Assistant Set to Transform Estate Agency Operations
1 August 2025
Reapit, the leading provider of CRM and property management software to the real estate agency industry, today announced its next major innovation: Reapit AI, (RAI), an AI-powered assistant designed to help sales and property management professionals work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. This will extend the existing AI capabilities in the Reapit’s Sales, PM and Lettings platform.
RAI will be embedded in agency workflows within the Reapit Platform, providing agents with a digital coworker that understands their business, not only automating time-consuming tasks but delivering insights and communication in the agency’s unique brand voice. From property descriptions and prospecting to maintenance coordination and analysis, RAI is designed to deliver end-to-end value; not just generic AI features, but agency-elected AI outcomes.
“Real estate agencies are under increasing pressure to do more with less, and we believe AI should be a force multiplier, not just another feature,” said Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit.
“RAI will work inside the Reapit platform that our customers already trust, simplifying workflows, surfacing opportunities, and enhancing client service. It’s AI that listens, learns and acts, all while reflecting the unique identity of each agency.”
Unlike standalone AI tools, RAI is being developed within Reapit’s enterprise-grade platform, allowing agencies to draw from their data sets, inclusive of millions of property records, transactions, communications, and workflows across ANZ. This foundation enables Reapit to deliver high-impact automation for customers that generic non-industry specific tools, simply can’t match.
Going beyond off-the-shelf AI engines that learn from anyone and serve everyone, RAI operates within each customer’s private, secure data environment. No customer data is shared across businesses.
“Data security and trust remain our top priorities,” added Chief Technology Officer Dawson Scott. “We are building RAI to be secure, brand-aware, and custom-fit for each agency. This isn’t about tech for tech’s sake, it’s about creating meaningful, intelligent automation that respects our customers’ privacy and individuality.”
RAI’s first release, planned for early 2026, will include:
- AI-assisted data cleansing to maintain the agency’s database
- Predictive lead scoring and automated follow-ups for sales teams
- Maintenance and Inspections workflow automation for property managers
- Real-time insights and recommendations based on user behaviour and live data
Reapit is working closely with a select group of leading real estate agencies in ANZ to shape and refine features ahead of launch, ensuring the assistant is purpose-built for the real-world needs of agents, property managers, and business owners.
“AI is only as effective as the data it learns from,” said Matt McGown, Chief Product Officer at Reapit. “RAI is powered by the real operational history of real estate agencies, not scraped web data. That makes it more relevant, more personal, and far more powerful from day one.”
“Where some vendors are adding AI as a bolt-on, we are embedding it, so it works where our customers already work,” added McGown. “It’s the difference between AI that’s clever and AI that delivers tangible outcomes for our agents. RAI is built to deliver measurable outcomes, with agents in full control.”
“RAI marks the next chapter in our mission to help real estate agents and property managers thrive through technology,” said Armstrong. “We’re excited to deliver AI that’s not just intelligent, but truly integrated, intuitive, and agency-first.”
