Emerging Australian asset management and property development company, People Purpose Time, is set to enter the Sydney residential property market with its flagship project, The Prescott, a boutique residential development at 24-28 Middle Harbour Road, Lindfield.
The project has now received development approval following a State Significant Development Application lodged in May 2025, paving the way for construction of the nine-storey residential project in a leafy enclave on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

The approval marks a significant milestone for People Purpose Time, which was founded by Vy Hua and Anh Duong following more than 30 years of experience across international business, banking technology, finance, commerce and professional services.

Mr Hua says approval of The Prescott represents the culmination of a project that began as a personal ambition to establish a long-term base in the area, with the acquisition of a family home on a leafy street in Lindfield.
“Our first project is deeply personal because it began with our own family’s property purchase and a desire to make a lasting home in Lindfield, a suburb we love and intend to stay in for the long term,” said Mr Hua.
“However, conversations with our neighbours led to us amalgamating our properties at 24, 26 and 28 Middle Harbour Road, where we now aim to build something more meaningful in the shape of The Prescott – a new residential community that will be our flagship development.
“Securing development approval means we can now get to work on delivering that vision and at the same time, set a standard for everything that follows in our pipeline across Sydney.”
Mr Hua says design is an important consideration in his company’s philosophy.
“The Prescott is a labour of love for People Purpose Time and the product of an enormous amount of thought, collaboration and care,” he confirmed.
