National developer-builder Oreana will expand its $60 million four-hectare retail and business park in Cranbourne North with the addition of its first commercial land lot subdivision.
The developer is offering 13 individually titled freehold lots spanning 1042 square metres to 2088 square metres across two hectares at WT Business Park on the corner of Thompsons Road and William Thwaites Boulevard.
The park is a second stage to Oreanaās North Cranbourne retail development spanning another two hectares, where Jasbe Ampol Service Station, Aspire Early Learning and Xpress Gourmet Pizza are trading, and will soon be joined by Nandos, Zambrero and KFC.
Cranbourne North is one of Melbourneās fastest growing corridors, with industrial vacancy rates in the southeast sitting at 1.6 per cent.
Oreana has appointed LAWD to manage the sale of the lots, with titles expected in early 2026.
Oreana Managing Director Tony Sass said the businessā move into industrial was a natural evolution of its focus on delivering whatās needed in growth corridors.
“Weāve always focused on creating places that respond to real demand. Industrial development isnāt just a commercial opportunity – itās about supporting jobs, logistics and long-term economic growth,” said Mr Sass.
āWe are always considering how weāre aligning our development strategy to meet the emerging needs of growth areas, and in this case, Australiaās next-generation industrial economy.
āAt Oreana, weāre focused on thinking bigger when it comes to delivering what communities need, and the launch of WT Business Park is a natural evolution of our strategy.ā
LAWD Director Henry Burbury said strong interest from the local community was already evident, thanks to the groundwork laid by Oreana in activating the Thompsons Road frontage with a high-quality retail offering and nationally recognised brands.
āWe are delighted to work with Oreana on this opportunity. They have already added value to the site by establishing a retail and services precinct with national and global brands such as KFC, Nandos, Ampol and Aspire Early Education,ā Mr Burbury said.
āCouple that with Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse located on the eastern boundary, this retail precinct will be essential in servicing the booming local residential catchment. We have had significant enquiries for the 13 commercial lots since being placed on the market this week.
āThe WT Business Park is an exceptional commercial opportunity, with neighbouring sites owned by established developers, demonstrating the strategic growth taking place in the area.ā
