Woolworths Group’s near new Logan Reserve Shopping Village has hit the market. The listing comes amid growing investor demand for neighbourhood retail assets.

Located at 450-458 Chambers Flat Road Logan Reserve, 27km south of Brisbane, the 5,917sqm neighbourhood shopping centre is anchored by a high performing 4,051sqm Woolworths Supermarket with a state-of-the-art click and collect facility and BWS.

Mr Hedger noted the centre had been meticulously constructed as a one-stop shop for consumers.

“Since Logan Reserve Shopping Village opened in June 2024, the centre has been extremely well received by the community which is evident in the performance of the Woolworths Supermarket and specialties. The centre is positioned to service a catchment that is forecast to experience rapid expansion, including a 3.8% p.a. Main trade area population increase and a 6.8% p.a. retail expenditure expansion, both well above Queensland average growth rates,” he said.

The investment is underpinned by exceptional long-term income security via a 7.7-year WALE (by income) and a diverse and defensive income profile with 56% of specialty stores secured by national tenants including Domino’s and Cignall. The asset features a 1,243sqm allied health precinct with medical and dental facilities, Direct Chemist Outlet, and Anytime Fitness strategically located on a separate title.

Mr Tynan added, “With limited new neighbourhood shopping centres in development, as a result of increased construction costs, we expect the centre to generate significant interest from both domestic and international investors, due to the major depreciation benefits along with the significant population growth of the region.”

The centre is strategically positioned at the intersection of Chambers Flat Road and Park Ridge Road and is set to benefit from proposed major infrastructure which will connect Logan Reserve to the surrounding catchment.
