One of Perth’s largest specialist laboratory facilities listed for sale

A fully leased laboratory and specialist healthcare facility in Perth’s most tightly held healthcare precinct has been listed for sale.

Located at 100 Roberts Road, the 5,875sqm facility is 86% occupied by a single, AAA-rated government tenant on a lease expiring in 2029.

CBRE’s Derek Barlow and Aaron Desange are managing the sale via an Offers Invited campaign closing Wednesday 9th August.

“This is the most significant healthcare asset to be offered to the Perth market in recent times. Medical and Life Sciences assets of this scale are rarely offered for sale and we expect a high level of interest from a range of investors seeking exposure to this asset class,” Mr Barlow said.
