Riverland Central Plaza, 34 Kay Avenue, Berri
Some 2,000sqm of brand-new large-format retail space at Riverland Central Plaza presents the opportunity for businesses to establish themselves in the key Riverland region centre of Berri, with a captive catchment of nearly 30,000 people.
Dallas Sears, McGees Director – Large Format Retail and McGees Partner, Craig Feely are marketing for lease the to-be-developed space at 34 Kay Avenue in Berri, which is under the management of PPI Funds.
A single tenancy of up to 2,000sqm could be built, or the development could be made up of smaller tenancies from 634sqm.
āThis is the main shopping centre in Berri and itās also next to the only Aldi in Riverland, so this is a fantastic opportunity to capitalise on the high foot traffic,ā Sears said.
Riverland Central is home to Coles, K-Hub, and Cheap As Chips plus 18 specialty stores, and together with the neighbouring Aldi and Pets Domain drives visitation throughout the day.
Sears said the Riverland Central precinct services a strong catchment.
āThis is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to establish themselves in the retail heart of Riverlandās commercial hub of Berri and the surrounds, with a captive audience of 29,060 people within a 45-minute drive time,ā she said.
Feely said, āWeāre expecting strong interest from automotive, home improvements, tools and trades, and furniture and bedding retailers.ā
āThe spaces are yet to be built, and the sizes can be flexible, which presents a range of options for different users.ā
The spaces will be built across one level. Front retail doors, air conditioning, rear roller doors and high bay lighting all come as standard.
