Perth’s retail landscape is buzzing with excitement as yet another major retailer makes a strategic move, signalling the city’s dynamic transformation and growth.

Mazzucchelli’s, the renowned jewelry and watch retailer, is excited to announce its relocation from Carillon City to 110 William Street, Perth. The new store, strategically positioned at the corner of Murray Street Mall, promises an enhanced shopping experience for customers.

Colliers Retail Leasing Expert, Joel Humich leased the site relocating Mazzucchelli’s from its current location at Carillon City 207 Murray Street Mall, Perth to 110 William Street, Perth leaving Cotton on and Hype DC as the only remaining tenants in Carillion City.

Mr Humich said “The new Mazzucchelli’s store will occupy the middle tenancy of 110 William Street, covering an area of 100sqm with the fit-out now underway.”

Located at the epicentre of Murray Street Mall, 110 William Street draws millions of pedestrians each year. As Perth CBD’s most bustling intersection, it hosts a plethora of major transport hubs, office spaces, retail outlets, and dining establishments.

According to the latest data released by the Tourism and Transport Forum, Perth has outranked other Australian CBDs across a range of key visitation metrics that show the City is buzzing after hours and on weekends (perth.wa.gov.au).

Mr Humich said, “With the new ECU City Campus set to open 200 meters from 110 William Street in 2026, 110 William Street becomes an ideal retail destination for attracting new students.”

Positioned across from Perth CBD’s luxury precinct, which houses prestigious brands like Chanel, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, Mazzucchelli’s will offer a seamless transition for consumers from high-end fashion to general brands such as Zara and Myer.

Mr Humich said “Another major retailer has made a strategic move in Perth, signaling the city’s dynamic growth. International brands like Dior, Swatch, and Gucci have recognised Perth’s potential. Mazzucchelli’s commitment to 110 William Street, Perth, bridges the gap between Murray Street’s luxury precinct and the main mall, where other popular retailers thrive.”

“As Perth’s busiest intersection, 110 William Street is poised for even greater foot traffic, especially with upcoming developments at ECU City Campus, Perth City Link, Perth Hub, and Elizabeth Quay. Retailers are seizing this opportunity” Mr Humich added.
