LOGOS secures H&M to its $330m Marsden Park Logistics Estate

29 April 2021

LOGOS is pleased to welcome H&M and COS to its Marsden Park Logistics Estate in western Sydney, having completed a 27,336sqm purpose-built facility for the global fashion retailer in April 2021. The new facility marks the seventh and final building at the $330 million Estate, which is now fully leased just two years after breaking ground.

H&M Group, consisting of the brands H&M and COS, committed to a five-year initial lease for the facility that will service its Australian retail store network. The distribution centre incorporates a wide range of sustainability features, such as a 250kW solar system, rainwater harvesting and LED lighting among other initiatives to obtain a 5 Star Green Star rating.

LOGOS’ Head of Australia and New Zealand, Darren Searle, said: “It is a great milestone to have leased over 100,000 sqm of space at Marsden Park Logistics Estate in the two years since breaking ground and we’re very pleased to be now also welcoming H&M Group to the Estate.”

H&M and COS entered the Australian market in 2014. Today there are 37 H&M stores and eight COS nationwide. H&M launched its online store hm.com in October 2020. Through its stores and online, H&M is a design-driven, innovative and responsible fashion brand, offering the latest styles and inspiration for all. COS is a fashion brand for women and men who want modern, functional, considered design.

LOGOS has $5.1 billion of assets under management across Australia and New Zealand including stabilised facilities and development assets across NSW, Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland and Auckland.
