Colliers lists Kilter Rural’s 7,210-hectare Oomabah Aggregation, featuring prime cropping and grazing land.

Oomabah Aggregation, a large and strategically located agricultural asset is being brought to market by Colliers on behalf of Kilter Rural. The expansive 7,210-hectare portfolio, situated in the world-renowned Southern Riverina region of New South Wales, offers a unique opportunity of scale for future buyers to invest in one of Australia’s most productive and agriculturally diverse areas.

The Oomabah Aggregation, comprising five contiguous properties that have been strategically identified and acquired, features a complementary mix of land classes, including approximately 484 hectares of irrigated cropping, 5,086 hectares of dryland cropping, 142 hectares of grazing and the balance remnant vegetation and support land.

Duncan McCulloch, Colliers National Director, Transaction Services | Agribusiness, said, “The Oomabah Aggregation represents a rare opportunity to acquire a large turnkey mixed cropping and grazing enterprise in a tightly held district. It’s strategic location relative to the Murray River and Murray Irrigation Limited (MIL) combined with favourable climatic conditions offers significant potential for further irrigation development.”

“Situated only three hours from Melbourne, the Oomabah Aggregation benefits from excellent connectivity via major transport routes and close proximity to key commodity processing facilities. The Southern Riverina region is renowned for its fertile soils and well-developed irrigation network, making it one of Australia’s most sought-after agricultural regions,ā€ Mr McCulloch added.

The Oomabah Aggregation is currently operated as a highly productive irrigated and dryland cropping and grazing enterprise, offering immediate scale and production capacity. The property is supported by quality irrigation infrastructure, including flood and centre pivot systems, with future development upside.

The Aggregation is well-positioned to benefit from increasing global demand for food, fibre, and energy, with Australia’s reputation as a clean, safe, and reliable exporter further underpinning strong long-term fundamentals for broadacre cropping and mixed farming enterprises.

Oomabah Aggregation is available for sale in one line or as separate properties through a forthcoming International Expression of Interest campaign managed by Colliers Duncan McCulloch, Rawdon Briggs, Connor Dixon and Matthew Tolmachoff.
