Knight Frank’s new national Advisory service line is growing, with three new appointments to the team.
Jack Murphy has been appointed in the role of Manager – Advisory, Jordan Kery has been appointed in the role of Senior Associate – Advisory and Peter Pontifix has been appointed as Associate – Advisory.
The trio have all moved to Knight Frank from Big 4 consulting and funds backgrounds, where they have worked on transactions, advisory, strategy and risk.
The appointments follow Knight Frank’s recent announcement of the inception of the new Advisory service line in Australia, which is headed up by Kelwyn Teo and also includes Lawson Katiza, Knight Frank Advisory Precincts, Innovation & Social Infrastructure Lead.
They will build on the firm’s capability to deliver tailored advisory services for major projects across Australia.
Knight Frank Advisory is an end-to-end offering that will see the team work with clients over the entire life cycle of major project investments and complex development transactions, including commercialisation strategy, deal origination and execution, financial structuring and capital solutions, and repositioning plays.
It is a bespoke solution tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client, including corporate, institutional and government clients, and will be particularly sought after for major projects involving precinct development, transit-oriented projects and the creation of city centres.
Knight Frank Advisory works with the firm’s other complementary service offerings within Australia, including Capital Markets, Capital Advisory, Valuation and Advisory Services, Project Management, Leasing and Asset Management Services.
Mr Teo said Jack, Jordan and Peter were integral additions to Knight Frank’s Advisory platform in Australia.
“We are very excited to have this trio join our team,” he said.
“They will leverage their experience in the real estate sector to work in a dynamic advisory team environment advising on major projects and transactions for Government and private sector.
“With combined financial and commercial backgrounds, their skillsets and capabilities will support the growth of the platform and contribute invaluably to major real estate assignments for our clients.”
