Knight Frank today announced the appointment of Kristin Hay as Chief People Officer, Asia-Pacific, in addition to her ongoing role as Chief People Officer, Australia.

With over 30 years of experience in People & Culture and more than 15 years of living and working across Asia, Kristin brings a unique combination of global expertise and deep regional understanding.

Since joining Knight Frank over five years ago, she has transformed the firm’s culture in Australia by introducing stronger systems and technology, strengthening reward frameworks, and championing more human-centred ways of working that enrich the experience of our people.

Craig Shute, CEO, Asia-Pacific, Knight Frank, said: “Kristin has had a significant positive impact in Australia, and we are delighted to extend her leadership across Asia-Pacific, strengthening our ability to build a connected, high-performing regional business.

“I’m pleased to welcome her to the Asia-Pacific Board and look forward to the meaningful progress she will help drive for our people and our partnership.”

Ms Hay said: “I’m looking forward to working closely with our teams across Asia-Pacific to strengthen pathways for talent, build deeper connections, and support a culture where everyone can thrive.”

This expanded remit reinforces Knight Frank’s commitment to building life-changing connections for people and places and ensuring our people across the region have the environment, tools, and support to thrive.
