Knight Frank AMS Leadership Team in Victoria


Knight Frank has made some significant changes to its Asset Management Services (AMS) leadership team in Victoria, with one new appointment and two promotions.

Eileen Corrigan has been appointed as Head of AMS Victoria; a role that will see her lead Knight Frank’s AMS team in the state and enhance services for clients, including driving asset values, optimising operational efficiencies, outpacing competitive performance and supporting investment strategy objectives. Eileen returns to Knight Frank, having worked for the firm for nearly a decade before moving to senior leadership roles at JLL and more recently, CBRE.

Rhett Wilsmore has also been promoted to Director of AMS, Victoria from Head of Facilities Management in Victoria to strengthen the management structure of the team and reflect the scale of Knight Frank’s Victorian AMS portfolio. Rhett has been with Knight Frank for nearly 14 years, having first started in 2012 as Facilities Manager, and has more than 20 years of industry experience, in which he has worked with government, institutional and private ownerships whilst overseeing diversified portfolios including premium-grade commercial towers, industrial, retail and healthcare and life sciences.

Kris Campbell will fill the position of Head of Facilities Management at Knight Frank, having been promoted from his previous role as Senior Facilities Manager. He has been with the firm since 2018 and has more than a decade of experience in commercial building management, working across several major assets, with particular expertise in premium-grade assets.

Knight Frank Managing Director Victoria Dominic Long said he was excited to announce Eileen’s appointment and the promotions of Rhett and Kris, which would strengthen Knight Frank’s AMS team in Victoria.

“Kris has similarly been part of our team for a significant time and has a proven track record in delivering exceptional building performance, sustainability initiatives and operational excellence.”
