Victorian developer Kervale has reached a significant construction milestone at its $9 million Mode de Vie project, officially topping out this month.

Located on Montclair Avenue, Brighton, the 10 residence development has now reached roof level, marking the completion of the core build phase.

The collaboration between Kervale, renowned interior designer Brahman Perera, MartinoLeah Architects, and Pascon Builders continues to garner interest from buyers, with only three of the 10 residences still available, including two top-floor apartments and a two-bedroom residence.

Located in a prime Brighton location, Mode de Vie offers easy access to Martin Street’s café culture, a short stroll to Gardenvale Station, and proximity to the beach and Nepean Highway. The development embraces the Brighton lifestyle with its vibrant community and convenient living.

Kervale Managing Director Rob Moolman expressed enthusiasm for the progress made on Mode de Vie, highlighting the importance of this milestone.

“Reaching the topping out stage is a testament to the dedication and persistence of our team during a very difficult time in the building and construction industry. Mode de Vie is a unique project that blends Parisian influences with an Australian aesthetic, and we’re excited to see it take shape,” he said.

Mode de Vie’s residences are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing buyers to customise the finishes, fixtures and design elements of their homes. This personalised approach, coupled with the project’s sustainable features and prime location, has resonated with buyers looking for a boutique, secure living experience in Brighton.

Kervale’s ongoing partnership with Pascon Builders has been instrumental in bringing Mode de Vie to life.

“Our relationship with Pascon has been excellent. They are currently working with us on two projects, and we’ve appreciated their openness and commitment throughout the construction process,” said Rob.

Mode de Vie is set for completion in the first half of 2025. Prices for the remaining residences start at $950,000. For more information on the final available residences, please visit https://www.kervale.com/project/mode-de-vie/.
