Jones Real Estate Appoints Mimi Hoang to Sales Team – Building on Strong Momentum

Jones Real Estate has announced the appointment of Mimi Hoang as Manager within its sales team, marking the next step in her three-year career with the agency. 

Having previously served as Operations Manager, Hoang has transitioned into a full-time sales role, where her strong client relationships and in-depth market knowledge are already delivering results. Her first campaign as sales agent achieved a price 33% above reserve after attracting significant competition in Melbourne’s eastern industrial market. 

She has since built on that success with the $2.41 million auction of a freestanding industrial facility in Springvale, which drew 39 bids from six parties and underscored the ongoing strength of demand in Melbourne’s south-east industrial market. This week, Hoang also successfully completed a $9.75 million industrial sale, further cementing her position as a rising performer in the sector.
