
Respected commercial real estate veteran to take on expanded responsibilities to complement existing role of Head of Transaction Management, Asia Pacific.
JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced that Ben Dickinson has taken on an expanded role as the Head of Leasing, Asia Pacific, with immediate effect. Based in Hong Kong, he will have overarching responsibility for the delivery of all leasing business in the region to occupier and developer clients. This expansion is in addition to his current role as Head of Transaction Management, Asia Pacific.
In the broader role, Ben will work with JLL Asia Pacific Country and Leasing Heads to ensure deeper connectivity across teams and alignment with the firmās Global Leasing Advisory strategic vision. He will also be a key escalation point of contact for JLLās occupier and developer clients in Asia Pacific and provide leadership and support for the Leasing teams in key pitches and deals.
Concurrently, Ben will continue to lead the Asia Pacific Transaction Management business for JLL, which specialises in the account management of transactional services for the firmās corporate occupier clients.

Ben brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. The majority of his career has been focused on advising occupiers, providing tailored advisory services for their office leasing demands with a specialisation on tenant representation, corporate advisory, strategic planning, and portfolio management.
Ben joined JLL in 2004 and has had a number of leadership roles within the business, including Head of Markets for Hong Kong and Head of Transaction Management for Asia Pacific.
