In a move that enhances the service capabilities and market leadership of Victoria’s premiere property agency Jellis Craig, it has today announced it will be joining forces with leading Bayside real estate group, Chisholm & Gamon.

The strategic merger brings together decades of industry expertise, complementary strengths, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional client value across the Port Phillip and Bayside regions.

The new Port Phillip powerhouse team will comprise Jellis Craig’s existing Albert Park office and Chisholm & Gamon’s offices in Port Melbourne and Elwood, further strengthening the brand’s position in the bayside suburbs of Melbourne. The merger will take effect on September 12th.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be joining forces with the highly respected team at Chisholm & Gamon,” said Andrew McCann, CEO of Jellis Craig. “The brand has always stood out as a top performer in the Bayside market, renowned for its exceptional customer service and forward-thinking approach, qualities that reflect our own values and commitment to excellence.”

Chisholm & Gamon, led by Managing Director, Torsten Kasper, has long been a respected name in Melbourne’s Bayside market, with deep community ties and a reputation for premium service.

“For Chisholm & Gamon, the decision to join Jellis Craig in a partnership is a deliberate step forward – the team’s commitment to technological innovation, connected network, strategic vision, and unparalleled reach in the premium market aligns perfectly with our own values.”

“Our clients are at the centre of this decision. Combining our resources and talent means we can deliver more value, a wider range of services, and better results,” said Torsten.

The Chisholm & Gamon team will join the Jellis Craig Albert Park group, led by Directors Warwick Gardiner, Simon Gowling, and Sam Hobbs. The two brands will operate under a co-branded identity during the initial integration period, with a phased transition, planned for early 2026, to consolidate under the Jellis Craig brand.
