Knight Frank’s Tamworth office has a new addition, with Jack Parfitt joining the team.
Jack has been appointed as Sales and Leasing Executive, and will focus on the commercial market in the North West region of New South Wales, encompassing Tamworth, Gunnedah, Moree and Narrabri.
While best known as a professional rugby player, with a career that saw him living in global cities, Jack has several years of experience in the commercial property market, moving to Knight Frank from another property agency.
Knight Frank Tamworth Managing Director Gavin Knee said he was thrilled to have Jack join the team in Tamworth.
“Jack is a very welcome addition to our growing commercial property team,” he said.
“His wide-ranging experience gives him unique skills that will complement our existing team, and will benefit our clients and help implement a large suite of projects we have in the pipeline totalling some $150m.”
Mr Parfitt said he was excited to be part of the Knight Frank team, and was looking forward to providing the best service to clients.
“I’ve been fortunate to live in global cities including Hong Kong, London, and Sydney, and to travel widely – experiences that have given me a unique perspective and appreciation for diverse business and cultural environments,” he said.
“For the past four years, I have made Tamworth, New South Wales my home. It’s here that I’ve chosen to raise my family while building my career in Commercial and Industrial property, proudly servicing the North West region of New South Wales.
“My focus is on helping businesses and investors unlock opportunities through strategic property solutions.”
Alongside his professional career in commercial property Jack remains remain actively involved in the community as a rugby coach with the Quirindi Rugby Club.
