Historic building next to Brisbane’s CBD up for sale for the first time since it was built in 1930

A heritage asset in Brisbane’s inner city is officially coming to the market for the first time since it was built in 1930.

The property at 79 Wickham Terrace in Spring Hill, known as ‘Lister House’, comprises a three-storey medical/commercial asset with six onsite car parks and an internal lift.

Occupied by medical centre Brisbane Clinic, the asset boasts 1,009sqm of gross floor area on a 562sqm site, which has dual access points from both Wickham Terrace and Cousins Lane.

The asset is being taken to the market via an Expressions of Interest campaign run by Knight Frank agents Hayden Ryan, Jacob Heinke and Blake Goddard on behalf of the vendor.

The property is being sold with a leaseback to Brisbane Clinic.

Mr. Ryan said Lister House was one of the most historic assets Brisbane has to offer.
