Health Care Provider OTFC Group Expands National Footprint with its New Melbourne Therapy Space at Morris Moor
30 August 2024OTFC Group, a leading Australian occupational therapy practice, is set to open its first Melbourne sensory clinic at the vibrant Morris Moor precinct in Moorabbin. This long-awaited expansion marks a significant milestone for the company, which has been supporting families with evidence-based occupational therapy for over two decades.
“We originally planned to bring our services to Melbourne years ago, but COVID delayed our expansion. The pandemic saw us pivot, establishing new locations in regional South Australia and the Gold Coast. Now, in 2024, we are thrilled to finally offer Melbourne families the opportunity to experience the OTFC difference,” said Dino Mennillo, Founder and Clinical Director at OTFC Group.
The new Melbourne sensory clinic will occupy 315 square meters of space at Up Development’s Morris Moor, secured on a recurring 5-year lease arrangement.
Mr Mennillo emphasised the organisation’s commitment to creating therapeutic spaces that optimise outcomes for their clients.
“At Morris Moor, we will design an environment that provides exceptional therapy and enhances the overall experience for families. Our approach ensures that every family receives the utmost care and service, as we’ve done for over 20 years.”
Marcus Jankie, General Manager of Up Property, welcomed OTFC Group to the precinct, saying, “We are excited to welcome another entrepreneurial and innovative business to Morris Moor. OTFC Group adds a further layer to our carefully curated tenant mix, which focuses on culture, workplace hospitality, amenity, and sustainability.”
Morris Moor’s Building Four, where OTFC Group will be located, has attracted significant interest from businesses due to its unique focus on creating a workplace environment that prioritises hospitality and sustainability.
“Morris Moor is 98% leased with contracts under offer for the remaining spaces,” Jankie added.
