GURNER™ continues luxury homes focus with launch of exclusive wellness-focused Armadale mansions

Multi-billion-dollar property and lifestyle developer GURNER™ has continued its push into luxury home builds, unveiling five ultra-luxury mega mansions inspired by the spectacular homes of Los Angeles.

The GURNER™ luxury builds will take customisation to a whole new level, working with a select group of buyers to fully customise their own homes.

The $35 million Huntingtower Place – located on the highly sought-after Huntingtower Road in Armadale – represents the next evolution of GURNER™ Boutique, a bespoke design, development and construction business for high-end freestanding and medium-density homes.

Drawing on California’s reputation as the golden state, and designed by Wolveridge Architects alongside the GURNER™ Design House, Huntingtower Place’s palatial residences bring together relaxed yet luxurious palettes, softer tones, natural colours and an abundance of natural light, with seamless links between indoor and outdoor, clean geometry and lush greenery, all with double-height windows, open floorplans and flawless craftsmanship.

The crown jewel of the soon-to-launch boutique project is The Mansion – a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom no-expenses-spared ultra-luxury 1000sqm plus residence, with an asking price around $14.5 – 15.5 million depending on the options.

Soaring north-facing 6m high windows and ceilings complement the stunning light fixtures and wraparound views of the Los Angeles-inspired greenery and outdoor entertainment area of The Mansion.

The boutique builds will offer unprecedented access to GURNER™ Design House design director Simon Brugaletta, who brings nearly two decades of experience to the team, and who has worked internationally for practices in Milan, Malta and Hangzhou, China.

Simon is joined by general manager of design Alex Fin as well as interior stylist Erminia Lastretto, whose in-house expertise allows for a unique aesthetic at each site, complementing the internationally inspired residences, bespoke townhomes and luxury single dwellings in Australia, reaffirming GURNERS design driven ethos.

The custom builds began as a passion project for founder and CEO Tim Gurner, who has designed a number of multi-million-dollar homes for a select group of clientele over the years – while continuing to deliver landmark billion-dollar residential and mixed-use ventures alongside hospitality, wellness and hotels. He retains a hands on engagement in the design and delivery of each boutique home.

The boutique project is slated to launch in September, with the group aiming to deliver 6 – 8 boutique developments per year.

Prices range between $5.5 million – $15.5 million at Huntingtower Place, with the ability to design bespoke residences equating to a size range of 300sqm – 1000sqm.

With two homes already sold to existing GURNER™ clients, the project is expected to sell out very quickly.
