GRAYA Achieves Planning Approval for Tallest Boutique Tower to Date, $140 Million Landmark Beachside Project

Award-winning Queensland-based developer GRAYA™ is expanding its footprint, achieving planning approval for a $140-million, 23-storey building encompassing just 24 large-scale beachside residences at 118 Old Burleigh Road in Broadbeach.
The project, to be known as Enclave, will feature 8 half-floor residences ranging from 138sqm–160sqm and 15 full-floor residences at 305sqm, alongside the crown jewel — a show-stopping three-storey penthouse which is expected to shatter local records with a price point tipped to be north of $25 million.
