The Uniting Church and BPM has sold a building at 130 Little Collins Street to Golden Age group for $43m. The 605sqm site contains an existing eight storey office building with a net lettable area of 3,797 sqm, and 15 car spaces and comes with an approval for a 27-storey Elenberg Fraser-designed 184 room hotel. The property was sold with a leaseback to the Uniting Church but will relocate to their new premises at Wesley Place, 130 Lonsdale Street, due for completion by Charter Hall in 2020. Golden Age developed the Sheraton Hotel and luxury apartments at 27 Little Collins Street and is nearing completion of its 58-level Collins House tower at 466 Collins Street and earlier this year, sold a high-rise apartment and hotel project at 85 Spring Street to Anton Capital for $112 million.
