Global Student Accommodation Operator Centurion Corporation Unveils EPIISOD: A New PBSA Brand and Property in Sydney’s Macquarie Park
22 July 2025
Student housing is set to be transformed with the launch of EPIISOD – a new premium student housing brand from global purpose-built worker and student accommodation provider Centurion Corporation Limited.
The first EPIISOD property is already under development in Macquarie Park, with a capacity of more than 700 beds expected to be ready for move-in by Semester 1 in February 2026. Students will be able to register for residency via the EPIISOD website.
Offering 732 thoughtfully-designed rooms equipped with modern amenities, EPIISOD Macquarie Park is conveniently situated close to Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre and public transport. The property will bring much-needed PBSA bed supply and diversity in student housing choices to the Macquarie Park and Sydney CBD vicinity. Its location could provide an economic boost and increase the desirability of Macquarie Park and surrounding areas.
EPIISOD sets a new standard in student living and offers more than a place to stay for international and domestic students. Its PBSA properties are vibrant hubs designed to ignite and support academic success, personal growth and wellbeing, and meaningful connections. EPIISOD Macquarie Park effortlessly blends function, comfort and style, with sleek modern living spaces and state-of-the-art amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool, wellness centre with sauna, ice pool and yoga facilities, dedicated study areas and communal zones for students to connect.
EPIISOD embodies the Company’s commitment to redefine student living alongside its dedication to providing a safe and secure environment for residents. The property is equipped with innovative and tech-driven features, including keyless smart entry and smart home IoT systems. An exclusive Resident App also offers quick access to residential services and support, efficient parcel management and timely updates. A signature EPIISOD Experience programme offers resident Perks, Privileges and Exclusives, ranging from weekday breakfasts, housekeeping services, gym training sessions, curated events as well as work and leadership opportunities, to foster resident engagement, wellbeing and personal development.
Environmentally-conscious students will appreciate the use of solar power, the preservation of blue gum trees, indoor landscaping and natural outdoor green spaces interspersed throughout the property. These innovations place sustainability, technology, and community at the core of the experience.
Centurion entered the Australian student accommodation market in 2014 with a first property in Melbourne and in 2019, added a second property in Adelaide. Both its Melbourne and Adelaide PBSA, as well as 10 PBSA in the UK, three in the US, and two in Hong Kong SAR, China, operate under the Dwell Student Living brand. EPIISOD builds on the success of Dwell, to provide students in Australia with diverse affordable and elevated accommodation choices.
David Loh, Joint Chairman and Executive Director at Centurion said, “Launching EPIISOD in Sydney marks an important milestone for Centurion and represents our ongoing commitment to redefine student accommodation globally. The EPIISOD brand augments our Company’s thriving portfolio, currently comprising 37 accommodation assets across Asia, the UK and the US, and provides a premium experience that meets the highest standards of design and functionality, while fostering a sense of community to underscore a student’s tertiary education journey. We are proud to introduce the new brand to the market, and to set a new benchmark for student living first in Australia, and globally.”
Beyond Macquarie Park, Sydney, Centurion has plans already in progress to develop more PBSA properties in Australia, bringing EPIISOD to at least four more sites in Melbourne and Perth in the coming years.
