Frasers Property Industrial & Aware Real Estate Win Best Industrial Development at UDIA Awards

Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate have won the the Best Industrial Development at the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence for our ARDEX facility at The YARDS. 

The new 26,654 sqm facility at Kemps Creek combines office spaces with research labs, training facilities and purpose-built warehouse spaces. It includes a 35-metre-high powder manufacturing tower, 20-metre silo tower, onsite production and manufacturing, testing areas, training rooms, as well as an onsite gym, multiple café areas for staff, a roof top terrace and high-end interior designed offices. 

The UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence, held in August, recognise excellence in residential, industrial and commercial development with a focus on technology, sustainability and preservation. 

This win follows ARDEX’s recent win as The Australian’s Best Places to Work 2025. 

The YARDS has enabled ARDEX Oceania HQ, a leading supplier of construction materials in Australia, to significantly expand its operations, and the building is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Located in Western Sydney, The YARDS combines state-of-the-art industrial space with employee-focused amenities, green spaces, and future retail. Tenants include Nippon Express, ARDEX, Toshiba Australia, The Consortium Clemenger, and Probiotec. It is now 90 per cent leased.
