Known and recognised as the Jervois Beston Dairy site, the expansive industrial holding and five rural parcels are being offered for sale by Colliers Agribusiness.

Under instructions from Tim Mableson, Gayle Dickerson and James Dampney of KPMG as liquidators of Beston Pure Daries Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), Colliers Agribusiness have been appointed as exclusive agents to bring to market the properties at Jervois.

Beston Global Food Company has operated the Jervois dairy site since 2015 after they acquired it following the collapse of the previous owner, UDP.

Beston Pure Dairies Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Beston Global Food Company, has been a major player in South Australia’s dairy industry. The Jervois site, which was once a bustling hub of milk processing, now stands as an exciting opportunity with a multitude of future industrial uses.

Will Sumner and Tim Altschwager of Colliers Agribusiness have been appointed to sell the dairy site along with five rural parcels which have been historically used for dairy cattle grazing.

“The dairy site presents as a great opportunity to secure an established industrial precinct with great access to both Murray Bridge and Adelaide,” said Will Sumner, Colliers Executive | Agribusiness.

“Given the building costs today, we are witnessing a growing trend of repurposing established sites, rather than starting from scratch,” added Mr Sumner.

The five rural parcels vary in size but are each 20ha in size except for one which is less than a hectare.

“Given the size of the rural parcels, interest is expected from both locals looking to add to an existing holding as well as lifestyle purchasers,” said Tim Altschwager, Colliers National Director | Agribusiness.

All the assets are for sale by Expressions of Interest, closing Wednesday 11 June at 4pm (ACST), however, the dairy site is being offered standalone whilst the rural land parcels are for sale together or separately.
