First Stage of Bellmere Development Sells Out Within Days

Builder-developer McNab has sold out the first stage of its latest residential project, Currawong Place in Bellmere, with all 40 lots snapped up by leading builders within days, highlighting the strong demand for land in this tranquil bushland enclave north of Brisbane. 

The $20 million development will deliver 54 lots set across 4.63ha within the fast-emerging Caboolture West precinct, identified as one of South East Queensland’s most significant growth corridors and forecast to be home to more than 70,000 people.
