First stage home designs released for Diggers Rest’s only land lease community

Vantage Bloomdale, a brand-new land lease community by AVID Property Group, has revealed the designs for the first stage of its resort-style, over 50’s neighbourhood in Diggers Rest scheduled for release on 24 August.

The release features 10 homes which include a range of 10, 11, and 12m frontages, all with two bedrooms and bathrooms and priced from just $599,000.

AVID Victoria Acting General Manager Bruce Harper said this release will set the tone for the rest of the community.
