Fife Capital have acquired a vacant warehouse at 50 Eastern Creek Rd for $34.1M.
The facility is located on the northern side of Eastern Creek Drive, approximately 500m from the intersection with Old Wallgrove Road.
The property was previously occupied by Fujitsu Australia who relocated to a new facility at nearby Telopea Place. Colliers are currently marketing the asset for lease.
The 28,950sqm site provides approx 15,500sqm of warehouse space with extensive hardstand and parking for 136 cars.
The property also features 1500sqm of expansion capacity or container storage, 5 loading docks with dock levellers, 6 on grade roller shutter doors, ESFR sprinkler system and an internal clearance height of 10-12m.
Fife Capital are familiar with the precinct also owning the asset at 45 Eastern Creek Rd which was recently built for Vermeer Equipment.
