Five bidders fiercely competed for the property, placing a total of 30 bids, before the property was ultimately sold for $4,210,000 — surpassing the reserve price by more than $200,000.
The purchaser, a local owner-occupier, was seeking larger premises to support the expansion of their business operations in the South West. Their acquisition underscores the unwavering demand for a well-located, functional industrial facility with future upside potential in the booming South West.
