
A family-owned commercial table grape enterprise, 888 Produce, in Koorlong Victoria has been listed for sale.
The property, located at 3784 Walnut Avenue, features a total land area of 64.31ha with 52.1ha planted to table grapes with expansive property improvements and modern facilities.
CBRE’s Angus Bills and James Auty have been appointed to manage the sale process, via an Expression of Interest campaign. There’s also an option to purchase associated plant and equipment by negotiation.
Located on the edge of the irrigation district, Mr Bills noted the property had been exceptionally well managed and lends itself to further expansion opportunities with neighbouring land parcels suited for development.

The property consists of three titles and has been strategically planted to suit the domestic and export markets with plantings including Ralli Seedless (8.9ha), Midnight Beauty (3.2ha), Sweet Globe (20.3ha), Sweet Sapphire (9.4ha), Autumn Crisp (3.1ha) and Bebop (7.2ha).
