Retailers have the chance to make their mark on a booming part of Adelaide’s northern growth corridor, with some 13,360sqm of versatile space available for lease at the soon-to-be-developed Tudor Vale Shopping Centre.
McGees Property Large Format Retail – Director Dallas Sears is marketing the space in Munno Para West.
The available spaces include showrooms of 2,795sqm, 5,400sqm, 2,300sqm and 1,600sqm which can be divided into various sizes, together with a service station pad site and two fast food pad sites.
The new Tudor Vale Shopping Centre will be home to a Coles supermarket, Liquorland, Terry White Chemist and seven specialty retailers, with Aldi now open and trading next door.
Handover of the space is due in late-2026.
“This is a remarkably versatile offering that will suit most types of users,” Sears said.
“The larger spaces could be utilised by any type of retailer who sits well next to a shopping centre – which could be anything from gym and fitness, to discount variety, to furniture, or services, while the pad sites are suitable to food, fuel, car wash, and automotive users,” she said.
“The tenancies are located on the north-east side of the Northern Expressway and Curtis Road, with 33,200 passing vehicles each day. The site has excellent exposure not only along Curtis Road, but also from the Expressway itself. Add to this the proximity to Tudor Vale Shopping Centre itself and the recently opened Aldi supermarket, and the tenants will benefit from a lot of exposure and foot traffic.
“This is a golden opportunity for retailers to make their mark on a booming part of Adelaide’s northern growth corridor.”
Directly behind the development is the Tudor Vale master-planned community, which has 460 allotments in total – with stages 1 to 4 all sold out – while Brookmont Estate
is on the opposite side of Curtis Road, another master-planned community that will be home to over 975 new families.
Sears noted that the City of Playford’s expansion of residential development in the northern growth corridor, including Munno Para West, is currently underway.
According to population forecasters .id, the population of Munno Para West and Munno Para Downs is currently just over 7,100 and is due to grow to more than 22,200 by 2046, and the broader City of Playford will surge to nearly 184,000 people.
“Retailers that set up here at Tudor Vale Shopping Centre will have a captive audience in the immediate surrounds and will benefit long-term from a strong ongoing growth in the broader catchment,” Sears said.
She said the commitments from major supermarkets Coles and Aldi are a huge vote of confidence in the location.
“Commitments from major supermarkets and retailers are a great bellwether for population growth and trading prospects,” she said.
