Burswood-based specialist ‘end-to-end’ property agency Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has revealed its expansion into residential real estate sales with the launch of Effective Residential.
Effective Residential (ER) will be led by EPS founder and managing director Erwin Edlinger and award-winning Perth property specialists Ollie Salimi and Sarah Hart.
Mr Edlinger said launching Effective Residential was the logical next step for EPS, which specialised in complex residential development site sales and acquisitions, and featured established, successful commercial & industrial sales, buying, leasing, project management and asset management divisions.
“Our residential real estate arm adds another string to our real estate servicing bow,” he said.
“Combining this with our proven ability to market and sell development sites, rural residential properties, residential projects, and new investment properties, including dual key products, transforms us into a full-service integrated property agency.
Being part of EPS gave Effective Residential a panoramic view of Perth’s thriving real estate landscape, said Mr Edlinger.
“We’ll be harnessing this enriched perspective when listing and buying homes for clients in this very tight market and future markets,” he stated.
ER would also utilise the power of EPS’ vast property know-how, highly engaged pool of local, national and international buyers, 5,000+ database across both Effective Property Solutions and related property investment firm West Coast Property Invest, and reputable marketing team.
“Effective Residential will work collaboratively with our clients, creating bespoke data-driven campaigns to secure standout results for sellers across Perth,” Mr Edgliner explained.
“Given our expertise in complex deal structuring and negotiations, we’re also focused on working with developers looking for an acquisition or project sales partner and institutional firms exploring WA residential investment opportunities.”
