EPS Appointed to Manage Jandakot Business Park

Specialist property services firm Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has been appointed as strata managers of national property developer CapPru’s recently completed Jandakot Business Park.

The appointment of EPS’ Asset/Property Management division comes hot on the heels of EPS achieving the successful $42.143 million sell-through of all 46 high-end strata warehouses.

EPS Head of Industrial/Commercial Justin Mabarrack said the in-demand development at 100 Prinsep Road – a site formerly owned by diversified property development and investment company Lester Group – was completed earlier than expected.

“Leading Perth commercial builder Alita Constructions achieved a rare feat in WA at present in delivering this project two months ahead of estimated practical completion,” said Mr Mabarrack.

“That’s provided an added win for the 34 owner occupiers and 12 investors who moved quickly to secure a foothold in Jandakot, attracted by the precinct’s limited supply and strong growth forecast.”

Mr Mabarrack said the final contract was signed a little over a year after construction commenced.

“Ongoing infrastructure investment, along with the upcoming Perth Surf Park and continued expansion of the southern industrial corridor, has strengthened buyer confidence and demand in the Jandakot area,” he explained.

“This impressive development has redefined the suburb’s landscape, sparked a new phase of renewal in the area and added valuable new stock to a market with significant supply constraints,” Mr Mabarrack said.

EPS Founder and Managing Director Erwin Edlinger said the project highlighted EPS’ end-to-end expertise, with the company’s Sales & Leasing division now also handling the leasing of multiple units back to the market, along with the entire complex strata management of 46 newly constructed units.

“Having initially been engaged to sell the site by Lester Group, our Commercial team then worked through a feasibility study to ascertain the highest and best use of the site,” he said.

“Once completed, we approached existing client CapPru because of its strong track record of delivering strata warehousing estates across Australia.

“EPS then assisted CapPru throughout the development feasibility stage, including engaging consultants and facilitated the land’s acquisition.”

Following that, EPS was appointed to manage and lead the project marketing and sales process, alongside MLV, with all sales settled by the end of February 2026.

“We also have existing relationships with multiple unit buyers and a strong, proactive approach to asset, facilities, and strata management,” said Mr Edlinger.
