A residential development in the Moreton Bay growth corridor has unveiled plans for new parklands, with the locals expected to be able to enjoy the green space from early 2026.
Located in Warner, Élan by AVID Property Group (AVID) shared the plans for its centrally located park which will act as the green spine of the future almost 390-home community.
AVID General Manager Queensland Anthony Demiris said the Élan Parklands were a key component of the community focused lifestyle offered at Élan, boasting spaces and features for residents and locals of all ages to enjoy.
“The Parklands will act as the community hub with key features including an adventure playground, kick about space, picnic spots, and shaded seating,” Mr Demiris said.
“Almost half of Élan is dedicated to parks, walking trails and bikeways, so there is no shortage of greenery – each home is within walking distance of a park.”
With Élan’s first residents expected in 2026, the community will be able to enjoy the park and the associated benefits of being surrounded by open green space – stress reduction, a stronger immune system, and better sleep1 – from move in day.
“To build a thriving community spirit, we believe in investing in spaces that will become the heart of the community while supporting residents’ wellbeing,” Mr Demiris said.
“Running throughout the neighbourhood, the Parklands will bring residents together to enjoy an active lifestyle while meeting neighbours and building a sense of belonging.”
Available at Élan’s doorstep are several other local parks, bike trails, sport and recreational facilities and water sports for residents to enjoy.
Residents will also be able to take advantage of the many benefits associated with Élan’s central location in the fast-growing region of Moreton Bay, including proximity to several schools, accessibility to transport and easy connection to the Brisbane CBD and airport.
“As Moreton Bay maintains its status as one of the fastest-growing regions in Australia, demand for new homes continues to increase, providing Élan residents with a front row seat to watch their investment grow as the neighbourhood and wider region develops around them,” Mr Demiris said.
