Norhart Developments secure Yeronga site showing continued demand for premium industrial assets in Brisbane’s inner south

An exceptional industrial site offering architectural appeal and development potential has transacted for $4,150,000 to Brisbane based property developer Norhart Developments, showing continued demand for premium industrial land in Brisbane’s inner south.

Colliers Queensland Industrial experts Corey Allerton and Nick Evans transacted the 2,722sqm property at 24 Cansdale Street, Yeronga in an off-market transaction on behalf of Airtech HVAC Pty Ltd. The seamless transaction was facilitated by Edan Norris of Norhart Developments, whose dedication ensured a smooth process.

Colliers Queensland Industrial Senior Executive Corey Allerton said the property features an architecturally designed office space that had been home to the previous owners’ business since they purchased the raw land in 1990.

“It has now been acquired by Norhart Developments, who plan to make the office their new headquarters while transforming the rear portion of the property,” Corey Allerton said.

“Their vision includes the construction of three bespoke industrial units, adding significant value and versatility to this prime inner south location, just 10 minutes drive from the CBD.”

Colliers Queensland Industrial National Director Nick Evans said Norhart Developments initially intended to lease out the office space but, upon discovering its charm and potential, made the decision to relocate their operations from the Brisbane CBD.
