The new $430million Burly is on track to be delivered to North Burleigh on the Gold Coast, with the development application approval for the luxury residential apartment building to be constructed on the large amalgamated double site overlooking the beach.
Burly is set to transform the North Burleigh area, with the prominent 2024sqm development site to become a landmark building of high distinction featuring 40 metres of frontage that will receive a lush streetscape.

Now the development application is through, preparations are underway to officially launch the luxury 24-level residential apartment development with construction expected to start by the end of this year and completion is forecast for 2026.
