Cromwell releases 12th annual Sustainability Report

Real estate investor and manager, Cromwell Property Group, has released its 12th annual Sustainability Report covering environment, social and governance (ESG) performance for the year ending 30 June 2020 (FY20).

Cromwell’s sustainability framework ensures the business remains focused on improving performance through a structured, responsible and balanced pathway to sustained success. The framework comprises five pillars through which Cromwell manages material ESG opportunities and risks.

Cromwell’s CEO, Paul Weightman, commented, “Cromwell recognises the need to continue to strive for continuous improvement, to be resilient and remain agile. We know securityholders value the consistency and reliability of our distributions which can only be generated by a sustainable business.”

Chief Sustainability Officer, Phil Cowling, added, “Support from our Board and leadership team and their commitment to continuous improvement demonstrates that, whilst there will always be more that can be done, our sustainability framework is an integral and essential part of our success.”

“Despite experiencing some exceptional challenges during the year, we have continued to make significant progress against many of our ESG objectives.”
