Cromwell announced this week that it had completed a strategic placement of $170M to SingHaiyi Group and Haiyi Holdings which are entities associated with Gordon Tang and Celine Tang. The Tang’s were cornerstone investors in the European REIT which listed on the 30th November. Cromwell will use the funds to retire short term debt facilities associated with their investment in CEREIT and to pursue other value add opportunities in the group. Announcement #Cromwell
